Ingredients

  • 8 itemsFlour Tortilla

  • 8 ozSweet Corn
  • 6 ozMonterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1 cupSalsa

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the Edamame if canned. Wash the Sweet Corn under running water, keep leafy greens separate from raw meat and poultry, and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet and cook the Edamame and Sweet Corn with the Table Salt until tender and hot.
  3. Divide the Edamame mixture and Monterey Jack Cheese among half of each Flour Tortilla, fold them closed, and cook in a dry skillet until browned and the cheese melts. Serve with the Salsa.
