Account access

Use “Forgot your password?” in the account window for a one-hour, single-use reset link. If your email has not been verified, use “Resend email verification.”

Billing

Open your profile to view Plus status, update a payment method, or cancel a subscription in Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the current month is not refunded except where law requires.

Food safety

If a recipe appears unsafe or its allergen information looks wrong, do not rely on it; report the recipe ID and the concern to support.
