Terms of service

Effective September 23, 2026. Pantry Match is operated by Burks Bored, a Missouri, United States business. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing Plus, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account until you report a compromise.

Free service and Plus

Recipe browsing and pantry tools may be available without payment. Pantry Match Plus costs $3.99 USD per month and renews automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Current Plus features include weekly planning, nutrition targets, meal and side swaps, and a printable shopping list. Features may evolve, but a current eligible subscription is required for paid access. Complimentary access grants are separate from paid subscriptions.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide at checkout for each monthly renewal and applicable taxes. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your Pantry Match profile. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, so access continues until that period ends. The current month is not refunded or prorated, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Failed or unpaid renewals may suspend or end Plus access.

Recipes, allergens, and nutrition

Recipes, ingredient matches, allergen labels, cooking guidance, and nutrition totals are informational estimates, not medical, dietary, or professional safety advice. Brands, substitutions, appliances, ingredient condition, and preparation can change results. Check product labels for your actual ingredients, avoid ingredients that are unsafe for you, prevent cross-contact, and use a reliable food thermometer and authoritative food-safety guidance. If information appears unsafe or incorrect, do not rely on it and report the recipe ID.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other users, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or use Pantry Match in violation of law. You may use displayed recipes for personal cooking; you may not scrape, republish, resell, or systematically copy the catalog or service without written permission.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may correct catalog or account errors. We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, security risk, material breach, or unlawful use. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Burks Bored is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

Missouri law governs these terms, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms as the service changes; the revised effective date will be posted here. Material changes will apply prospectively where required.
